Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Al Yaqoubi

I remember in talk given by Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Al Yaqoubi, someone asked, "How do you know if Allah loves you?" If you love Allah, then he loves you.

He also said that a student of Abu Hanifa used to say that he knew when Allah Subhanu wa Ta’ala would remember him. He was asked how did he know. He took it from the Quran were Allah (Subhanu wa Ta’ala) say in his eternal speech, "Remember me and I will remember you."

To get something you must show something, at least that’s the way I understand it.
